- Let me throw a word of caution into using wd-40, if you insist on using it to
- clean pots and switches, you MUST use some sort of contact cleaner to remove
- all original lubrication in the unit. If you don't, over time the wd-40 and
- real lubricant react to give you a gummy mess. Sometimes it happens in a day,
- sometimes it happens in a month. And once you've done that, better keep a can
- of wd40 nearby, cause you will need it frequently.
- (In other words, its not the cure-all the commercials will have you believe it
- is)
